All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends, holidays, sales, or promotional periods may require additional processing time.
We currently deliver to Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria. Delivery to the rest of Egypt will be available soon
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery usually takes between 2–5 business days depending on your location.
- During busy periods such as sales, holidays, or high-demand seasons, delivery may take up to 7 business days.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with delivery details.
Please ensure your shipping information, address, and phone number are entered correctly to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
Open Package Upon Delivery
Customers are welcome to inspect their package upon delivery while the courier is present. Available only in Cairo & Giza
Please make sure:
- The correct item was received.
- The item is in good condition.
- Any issue is reported immediately upon delivery.
Please Note
- If an order is refused for reasons unrelated to damage, defects, or incorrect items, shipping fees will still apply.
- Delivery fees will only be waived if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless:
- The item received was damaged.
- The item was defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
