Return & Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges within 48 hours from receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging and tags are still attached.
  • The item is not damaged or altered.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering shipping fees for returns or exchanges unless the received item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

In such cases, once the returned item is received and inspected, delivery fees will be refunded immediately through Instapay.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days from the date we receive the item back.

Please Note

  • Certain hygiene-related items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Discounted items and bundled sets are non-refundable, but may be exchanged subject to availability and the conditions mentioned above.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective item.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order arrived in unacceptable condition.
  • You were not fully satisfied with the product, provided that the item meets all return conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Refund Approval Conditions

Refunds will only be approved if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging and tags are still attached.
  • The item is not damaged or altered.
  • The return request is submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Additional Notes

  • We do not offer refunds for discounted items or bundled sets.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed via Instapay within 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
